- To provide Richlynn’s clients with a plan for looking into the future to predict Maintenance & Project opportunities while leveraging buying power for materials thus cutting cost.
- 100 = Projects that save money.
Example: P-100 is costing you 20K per year to change seals. A new state of the art pump would cost 15k to install and would run Maintenance free, for 3 year’s. This is the project you code 100. R.O.I. Immediate.
- 200 = Projects that Increase Production and/or Lower Cost of Manufacturing.
- 300 = Nice to have done and have No Positive impact on SAFETY, Production or Cost Saving’s i.e. Remodeling offices, Bike Racks, Locker Room Painting etc.
