GENERAL CONTRACTOR APPOACH
Richlynn Contracting Company can perform all project activities on a turnkey basis.  Our turnkey General Contractor approach may often best respond to varied project needs since it provides strong continuity between engineering and construction functions and affords greater flexibility in meeting construction schedules plus controlling the fieldwork based on the general contractor's ability to self-perform major portion of the scope.

When functioning as a general contractor, Richlynn Contracting Company provides complete project services.  Our site organization would encompass direct hire labor and supervision, as well as dedicated site personnel in the areas of QA/QC, safety, field engineering, test and startup, payroll, and field accounting.

CONSTRUCTION APPROACH
A key element for the success of any construction project is the manner in which a company organizes and prepares for executing the work.  Richlynn Contracting Company approach to the project begins by preparing and assembling the procedures and controls required for managing the work.  These documents include the construction execution plan, construction schedule, the subcontracting plan, the safety and security procedures, materials receiving and quality assurance procedure, and all other procedures required by the specifics of the job.  The next step consists of assembling a qualified project team with the experience necessary to execute your project.  This team will combine the required project manager on-site, working with your project manager to successfully execute the project.
