We are also committed to the achievement and maintenance of the Cal/Star Program requirements and to the goals and objectives of the Cooperative Self Inspection Programs.

  • Richlynn management commitment and employee participation are key elements in achieving Cal/VPP Star Recognition. Cal/VPP STAR establishments are considered to be leaders in the field of workplace safety & health.

  • Richlynn has adopted Cal/VPP culture who has knowledgeable employees and management who work together in partnership with Cal-OSHA to systematically identify and correct hazards. This cooperative program designed to recognize workplaces that manage outstanding health and safety management systems for protection of workers and go beyond minimal compliance with the Cal/OSHA Title 8 standards.

  • Richlynn participation in Cal/VPP STAR receives State and national recognition and is exempt from Cal/OSHA programmed inspections.

  • Our STAR site represent our program elements includes Richlynn employee's involvement and management commitment to continuously improve and monitor Richlynn safety and health programs.

  • Since Richlynn is now a Cal/VPP Star, they are removed from the routine compliance program inspection lists. As the result of Cal/VPP STAR program, participants enter into a new relationship with Cal/OSHA in which safety and health problems can be approached.
